Amethyst Mapper Live Pub User Manual

1. Purpose

This manual explains how to use current Live Pub builds of Amethyst Mapper without internal engineering details.

2. Product Editions

1. Free For All: local-first mind mapping with cards, links, groups, and import/export in .canvas, .json, and .png.
2. Omi AI Edition Demo: adds Omi webhook map retrieval and dashboard map operations.

3. Core Workflow

1. Create card: double-click canvas or use Add.
2. Edit card/group: double-click selected item or use Edit. Node text supports Markdown editing and renders formatted content on canvas.
3. Create link: drag from a node port to another node/group.
4. Create group: multi-select items, then click Group.
5. Color: select target and use Color panel.
6. Navigate: pan, zoom, fit, fit selection, reset.

4. File Operations

1. Use File menu for New / Import / Export actions.
2. Supported formats: .canvas, .json, .png.
3. Free edition is local-first and does not require account login for editing/export.

5. Omi AI Demo Workflow

Important for external testers: this preview currently demonstrates the Omi interface flow. Live webhook ingestion is operator-triggered during demos and is not yet self-service for every tester.

1. Open Omi AI > Open Omi Dashboard.
2. Use dashboard actions: refresh status, load latest map, save current map.
3. Use My Maps list to open and rename stored maps.
4. For a live ingestion demonstration, request an operator-triggered test payload via support@dedynamics.pro.
5. After payload submission, refresh status and load the latest map from dashboard.

6. Keyboard and Input

1. Enter: edit selected card/group.
2. In editor: Enter new line, Ctrl/Cmd+Enter save.
3. Delete: remove selection.
4. Ctrl/Cmd+Z undo, Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Z redo.
5. Ctrl/Cmd + mouse wheel: zoom.
